They : : continued to give an adult man another childs name and : : phone number and said that she would like to have phone : : sex with him. Suffice to say, when this man called, : : this child had no idea what he was talking about. : : Eventually, this girl found out who it was behind this : : nasty prank and the girls mother called Heather's : : grandfather. Instead of treating this woman like a : : concerened parent calling another, he treated her very : : rudely and yelled, "Not my Heather! You know what?! : : Sh*t happens!" This woman called the police to see what : : she could do about it. Turns out, the FCC does not : : control the web, At this point nothing is illegal. : : The only thing the officer could tell her is, "Ma'am, : : turnabout is fair play." Besides the fact that she has : : no access to the web, she realized that stooping to : : their level wasn't an answer. So she called me and told : : me the situation.
