I know a girl named Heather Buckley. This girl is
very cunning. As a concened citizen, I think this
little girl needs to be disciplined. Her parents do
nothing and I feel this is the only way to get them to
do something about it. I see the way that she torments
other children. She purposely provokes and antagonizes
them. When they finally react in a negative manner,
threaten her or name call in return, she runs to a
teacher or the principle and invents a big sob story.
Usually, she gets away with it. The other child usually
gets in trouble. The girl is a trouble maker. She tells
other children that a mutual acquantance called her and
said that they're going to beat them up. Causing a
conflict that would otherwise not be there. But what
really got me, and is forcing me to write this letter,
is that she and a friend, Angel McLeod, accessed the
internet through her father's computer, stole his credit
card number, and entered an adult chat room. They
continued to give an adult man another childs name and
phone number and said that she would like to have phone
sex with him. Suffice to say, when this man called,
this child had no idea what he was talking about.
Eventually, this girl found out who it was behind this
nasty prank and the girls mother called Heather's
grandfather. Instead of treating this woman like a
concerened parent calling another, he treated her very
rudely and yelled, "Not my Heather! You know what?!
Sh*t happens!" This woman called the police to see what
she could do about it. Turns out, the FCC does not
control the web, At this point nothing is illegal.
The only thing the officer could tell her is, "Ma'am,
turnabout is fair play." Besides the fact that she has
no access to the web, she realized that stooping to
their level wasn't an answer. So she called me and told
me the situation. I had heard of this forum and thought
this might be a good course of action to take. I'm not
posting her name and number in an adult chat room,
just merely exposing as the little snot that she is.
