Can someone please tell me the status of healthcare in Roswell? I
am aware that the hospital is up for sale, and concerned about it
ending up in the wrong hands (i.e. corporate money mongers who
place money above the patient.) I currently work for a non-profit
medical facility, and would like to relocate to Roswell.
"For-profit" health care organizations have been raping
the communities they've invaded, and I would prefer my practice
to remain with the integrity patients desearve. Also, is there a
secondary insurance available to the seniors on medicare? (i.e.
FHP, Presbyterian, Lovelace....) As of this time last year there
was not, and my mother-in-law will not be able to relocate there
if secondary insurance is not available. Thank you for any and
