loved the site, shame about no access to the location maps for town and state when I visted your site. Roswell is well known in Australia for obvious reasons and the TV series ROSWELL didnot do it any harm, although like most hollywood shows thats exactly what it was I guess. If any one from there wants to have a chat, converse, etc to an aussy guy (bloke) drop us a line. I live in a country town called SINGLETON in the state of NEW SOUTH WALES. My region is known as the Hunter Valley. We are big ,BIG on coal mining vinyards (heeps of them) ah, we are very close to the Australian Horse capital known as SCONE, and a bit further up the road we have the country music capital, (TAMWORTH). hi i just finished touring your web site.took the grand tour of your ufo museum i found it to be very interesting. like millions of others in this world i have agreat interest in the ufo phenomemon. keep up the wonderful work on keeping the public informed. our village here is now working diligently to get a planetarium built via donations and hopefully loads of gvt. grants. this comeing spring they will break ground for new natual history museum. after viewing your museum all i can think is what a +++++ this will be for our small community. if i ever get to venture to N.M... Every year I try to get information about the 4th of July UFO Festival and it proves to be quite difficult. This website has the 1997 festival, one of the other Roswell sites has the 1999 festival, the chamber of commerce one has 2003.

It would be nice if this information would be updated and available early in the year so we could make our vacation plans. We visited Roswell once and would like to return.

Hi There, I am a discocerted Californian who together with my wife are looking to head to somewhere with "roads less traveled". I have been to/thru Santa Fe, Taos and Al...you know, the hard one to spell but we are looking for somewhere with all the usual ammenities but also with a lazy/laid back feel, nearby fishing but also close enough to get to the "Big City" and its' trappings as well as airports. I spent 3 years in Roswell and as a student was at the base school (Walker) in the 8th grade, South Jr High during 9th grade and at Roswell High for the 10th grade. Some day would like to travel to Roswell to get more information on ufos. Had seen one(ufo)35 years ago in Prince Edward Island where I live.It(ufo) was neat. I doubt anyone remembers me, since I only lived in Roswell for four years. But it was some of the best years of my life. I attended Yucca Middle School for two years and Goddard High School for another two years before moving to Wichita Falls, Texas. I made many friends, among them Ricky Rapp. There are two others that I have lost contact with, and thought maybe someone there could help me with information to find them. One is Shawn Holmes (attended Roswell High) and the other is Richard Torpey (attended Goddard). Both should have graduated around 1972 or '73. A while back my mother and I visited relatives who were still in Roswell and we met Nancy Lopez eating at the downtown Denny's. What a treat, and what a lady! I miss Roswell a lot. I played baseball as a pitcher for Babe Ruth League and my sophomore season with the Rockets.

I lived in Roswell from 1970 to 1979. Graduated from Goddard in 1976 and wouldn't trade those years for anything. If anyone who reads this remembers me please contact me to say hi and stay in touch. I really miss my high school friends. I left for the military in 1979 and have yet to come in contact with anyone I went to school with.
