Zoning Ordinance

I.	Change of Zoning:
	A.	Less than 1/2 acre - $100.00
	B.	1/2 acre to less than 5 acres - $120.00 for 
first acre plus $20.00 for each additional acre 
or portion.
		(example 2.5 acres - $120.00 + (2 x $20.00) 
=$160.00)
	C.	5 acres to less than 20 acres - $200.00 for 
first 5 acres plus $15.00 for each additional 
acre or portion.
		(example 7.5 acres - $200.00 + (3 x $15.00) 
=$145.00)
	D.	20 acres or more - $425.00 for first 20 acres 
plus $10.00 for each additional acre or portion.
		(example 27.5 acres - $425.00 + (8 x $10.00) 
=$505.00)
II.	Annexation by Petition Method:
	A.	Fee schedule is same as change of zoning.
III.	Plats:
	A.	Subdivision (Preliminary and Final) - $100.00 
plus $2.00 per lot.
	B.	Resubdivision - $10.00 plus $2.00 per lot.
	C.	Summary - $10.00 plus $2.00 per lot.
IV.	Street Name Change:
	A.	$100.00 for each name change.  Upon approval of 
name change, an additional fee in the amount of 
$25.00 per existing affected intersection shall 
be charged.
V.	Vacation of Public Right-of-Way:
	A.	$100.00 per application.
VI.	Special Use Permits or Variances:
	A.	$100.00 per application.
VII.	Conditional Use Permit for Article 20, Section 9.
	A.	$50.00 per application.
The fees described above are non-refundable.  The applicant 
is required to pay these fees to cover the City's expenses 
incurred during the application process.  The City reserves 
the right to adjust the fees as needed, this would be done 
through the City Council as a policy change.
