Medical responses such as traffic accidents, heart attacks, and general medical calls make up more than 70% of our emergency calls. Our training allows us to respond with the highly trained medical staff to assist our patients in their time of need. The fire department does not have ambulances, but we respond with our rescue vehicles and engine companies.
