SPECIAL MEETING OF THE ROSWELL CITY COUNCIL
held in the Council Conference Room at City Hall
January 27, 1998, at 5:10 p.m.
The meeting convened with Mayor Pro Tem Judy Stubbs presiding and Councilors Callaway, Courts, Stahl, Magee, Maples and Anaya present.
Notice of this meeting was given to the public in compliance with Sections 10-15-1 through 10-15-4 NMSA 1978 and Resolution 2289.
Councilor Maples moved to approve the list of Precinct Board Members for the March 3, 1998 Regular Municipal Election. Councilor Courts was the second. Voice vote was unanimous and the motion carried.
Meeting adjourned at 5:24 p.m.
