I think the way the road dept. wasted all the
state funding for the recent chip and seal project
on several county roads was stupid. the county gets money
from the state for this project, the problem is that
they knew that the ground temp was much to low for the
project to work. they did it anyway and a few days later had
to sweep all that they had done off to the side of the road
beacuse it didnt stick. not to mention the broken windshields.
if anyone has any idea how much money was wasted, i would
sure like to know.
