Our family used to live there--this is a cool web page and we enjoyed visiting with "old friends"! Especially since I am still on the web page for El Capitan Elementary as the principal--my fifteen minutes of fame!
I can not explain herewith, in a short verison of what would really become an essay on the wonderful people within the city of Roswell, NM. Being a part of the International UFO Museum & Research Center as a contributing writer/investatgator/expert, has given me the greatest satisfaction I could ever had hoped for. This is a group effort, maintained by every single person involved in what has now become: An Award Winning Top 1% Web Site. The researchers (as I have discovered), are all not only the kindest people on any Web Site which you could ever visit, but the people who have motivated me the most, have been the people, like you, who have contacted us with only favorable comments. Out of over 1,118 e-mails from this past week, I recieved yet only one negitive word: from a 'prank,' who can always be found; anywhere. Where can I get UFO related products--anniversary products?
We live in Clovis, NM and plan to visit our neighbor to help the UFO celebrations.
What's the weather like in Roswell the 2nd half of August? My dad and I are planning to come out at that time to your area. Also, what camping facilities are near your areaor or reachable by a half's day drive or so? We do want to see the UFO museums, but also want to camp in New Mexico state parks or National Forests. It still suprises me to follow this alien mission in Roswell. I was born in Roswell in 1948 and graduated from Goddard High School in 1966. During the eighteen years I lived in Roswell I never heard of any aliens ever being there.

A very nice site. This "alien thing" should become a yearly festival like Las Cruces has their "Whole Enchilada" thing! I used to live in Roswell. A nice place if you like flat country - which I DO. A nice area for horseback riding also, for those who like to ride...just remember to close the gates!

I have heard about Roswell and about it's reputation. I have always been fascintated by extrterestrials and the so called UFO's. I plan on visiting Roswell in the future.

It is very informative. However I was trying to find info for a comedy trivia night held in a bar in Melbourne, Australia. In this respect I was dissappointed as I really need to know about famous people from Roswell and funny things about Roswell. Nice looking page though.
I would like to know if your UFO museums and UFO tourist shops are open for business all year around or only during seasonal time periods. Are the hours generally shortened after seasonal time periods. I would like to visit your city but want to be able to take in the UFO sights and buy souvenirs.

Great web site. Have been studying sites for our Chamber, getting ideas. Have been through Roswell a number of times with a semi. Always enjoyed your city. Hope to get through there again some day with time to spare. Did the Crash of 1947 happer? I think so - always have.

I've just returned from a trip to the States, (I'm in Ontario, Canada), which included Roswell. I was there at the beginning of UFO days, and had a GREAT time!! I did check out your page before I left for the trip and found the information on it useful!
